According to the Daily Mirror, Chancellor George Osborne’s Budget will help the rich buy second homes. Hence their playful headline of ‘Snob The Builder’, using the word ‘snob’ as in a person who aspires to social prominence and the children’s TV animation, Bob The Builder.  Gives a whole new meaning to “Can he fix it?”, doesn’t it?
