There is a price to pay for having toys made abroad just because it's cheaper. Granny Suzanne Toulson bought her granddaughter ABC building blocks from Morrisons, only to find a series of spelling errors.

Building blocks have a letter of the alphabet and a word that starts with that letter, but the Y block misspelled yacht as yatch and the U block said umbrella should be umberlla.

The £3.22 soft toys were made in China. Morrisons yesterday said the blocks had been withdrawn from all their supermarkets. Or should that be soupermarkits?
