The Pink Dogther had been eviscerated and then had the stuffing knocked out of him. Gummy Clouseau and his sidekick Kato were shocked and horrified at the mess.
(To have the stuffing knocked out of you means you are made to feel less confident or physically weak. Of course in this example, it's a bit more literal.)
