Ladies of Letters

If you like biting wit, sarcasm and battling women, this is the book for you.  It follows the pen pal friendship of two ladies, Vera and Irene, who meet at a wedding, strike up a rapport and start corresponding.  Unfortunately the friendship doesn’t last, which is what makes it so entertaining and humourous, providjing a hilarious insight into suburban friendship.

The book was turned into a radio program and has now been adapted for television.
