Should have gone to Specsavers, has become a well known phrase in the UK.  It usually means you’re wearing glasses that don’t suit you, or someone might say it if you trip up or fall over something, to indicate you probably can’t see very well.

Old Woman: It’s nice to take the weight off your feet.
