English in Use - Ere Wii Go!

A selection of headlines from stories in the news. They use English in a way that you must think is intended to confuse but it's all perfectly clear to the native speaker.

The Daily Mirror carried the headline 'Ere Wii Go' on a story about the fact that the England football team's list of requests for their South African World Cup base included a games arcade with Wii, Playstation and other games. The headline was a play on  'Here We Go', the archetypal English football chant, which is based on Sousa's Stars and Stripes Forever.
