The Sun plumps for a musical reference in its story about UK Chancellor George Osborne being criticised for being ‘too soft’ on City fatcats with his £800million levy increase on banks. The headline reads ‘He Ain’t Heavy With His Levy’ which is a play on the title of the 1969 hit song by The Hollies, ‘He Ain’t Heavy – He’s My Brother.’
