You can attend virtual presentations. This one featured my hero, all singing, all dancing (well all singing) Jeremy Harmer. Held at Language Labs - thanks for the invitation Gwen.
It's difficult to describe what a treat it was to attend a virtual talk like this, but there he was (virtually) the man who threw me a raft of common sense in a sea of nonsense, and he can sing! Thanks Jeremy Harmer. The only downside was that when they asked if there were any questions at the end, I couldn't ask him to sign his books. 🙂
