English In Use - 'Saturday Nut Fever'

A selection of headlines from stories in the news. They use English in a way that you might think is intended to confuse but it's all perfectly clear to the native speaker.

The Daily Mirror's picture story of award-winning wildlife photographer Mark Hancox's snap of a squirrel 'strutting his stuff' in a John Travolta-like pose in the Cairngorms in Scotland drew the headline 'Saturday Nut Fever', a play on Travolta's 1977 smash hit film Saturday Night Fever.
