English In Use - 'Villageing Population'

A selection of headlines from stories in the news. They use English in a way that you might think is intended to confuse but it's all perfectly clear to the native speaker.

This headline, from the Daily Mirror, is about a village called Hinton St George, where people can expect to live longer than anywhere else in Britain.  Men there live to an average of 88 and women to an average age of 91.  Allegedly the secret is to be a bit of a cider drinker.  The headline is a play on the words village and ageing - put the two together, et voila!  Villageing.  How very clever.
