Sad story in the Daily Mirror about great-gran Clara Asquith from Golcar, near Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, who was looking forward to her 100th birthday card from the Queen but died hours before it arrived. The headline of ‘Royal Fail’ was a poignant play on ‘Royal Mail’, the postal service.
