'Bang out of order' is a well-known English colloquialism, and it has been cleverly adapted by the headline writers at The Sun for 'Banger Out Of Order' as a headline for a story that the World Health Organisation warns that processed meats such as bacon, sausage and ham can cause cancer. 'Banger' is British slang for a sausage.
