Cooking for Engineers is a collection of “tried and tested” recipes and reviews. The “Engineer” bit is what intrigued me, but to be honest it’s cooking for almost everyone. The nice thing about it is the step by step photos, which mean you really can’t go wrong. (Or can you?)
